Full Job Description

Club Pet is looking for an experienced dog bather to come join our team in the grooming department. It is a great opportunity to learn different breeds, coat types and dog behavior. We are a fun loving, hard working, team oriented group. Our pups deserve the highest quality care and that can only be provided when we work to together.

This person needs to have love and compassion for all types of dogs at all ages. No 2 dogs are the same, so you need to be able to adapt to the dog's needs. The position requires good multi-tasking and time management skills, the ability to self-motivate and pay close attention to detail. This is a fast paced labor intensive job, which means being on your feet for long periods of time and need to have the ability to lift 40 lbs.

Bathers are Responsible for the following:

- Bathing & drying

- Nail Trims

- Brushing/De-Shed short coat breeds

-Toothbrushing

- External Anal Glad Expression

- Daily and Weekly Cleaning Tasks

-Keeping Supplies Stocked

We are looking to fill 2 or 3 bathing shifts per week (Monday - Saturday). The bathing shift starts at 7:45am and ends around 4:30pm. To be considered for the position you must be available at least every other Saturday.

Experience is preferred but if your motivated and a fast learner you will be considered. The rate of pay increases as you learn our routine and you grow in your skill and knowledge.
