CNC Mill and/or Lathe Set Up/Operator/Programmer (Full-time, Day and Night shifts)
DIRECT HIRE! We offer Competitive Wages based on experience/skills.

Job Description:

Produce the highest quality parts made to exacting specifications.
Design and make work holding fixtures for machining operations.
CNC programming, setup, and operation experience including familiarity with G & M codes, setting tool registers, offsets, tool compensation, and conditional switches.
Setup jobs and edit CNC programs with the goal of optimizing the manufacturing process to reduce cycle-time and setup time while maintaining part accuracy.
Interpret and understand part drawing specifications, materials, reference planes, locations of surfaces, and machining parameters; interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T).
Inspect and verify dimensions of the workpiece for conformance to specifications using measuring instruments such as templates, micrometers, dial indicators, and gauge blocks.
Maintains specifications by observing drilling, grooving, and cutting, including turning, facing, knurling, and thread chasing operations; taking measurements; detecting malfunctions; adjusting controls; sharpening and replacing worn tools; adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes.
Excellent communication skills.
Must have own tools.
Needs to be Self-motivated.
Demonstrate safe and quality driven work habits
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow 5S standards
CAD/CAM experience using Autodesk, FeatureCAM, PartMaker, MasterCam a plus.
