We're looking for a person who makes sure the whole team delivers — not someone who is just good at cleaning.

Who we are

Cleaning Miami 365 is a cleaning company based in Aventura, Miami. We've been in business since 2017: 1,200+ completed jobs, 315 homes under service, 845 clients. We work in the most demanding segment: luxury residences, Airbnb turnovers (up to 20 units a day), and commercial properties. Our clients notice everything. That's why we need a person on the ground who makes sure every job is done on time and up to standard.

The job in one paragraph

We have a remote coordinator who builds the schedules, talks to clients, and handles the admin side. Your zone is the field. You are the company's eyes, hands, and voice at the properties: teams showed up, doors got opened, quality got checked, problems got solved on the spot, the daily report got sent. The coordinator is responsible for the right plan. You are responsible for making that plan actually happen.

What you'll do

make sure cleaning teams show up and check the quality of their work — luxury homes, Airbnb units, offices
handle access on site: concierges, security, building management
keep track of supplies, equipment, and linens — and tell the coordinator ahead of time what's running low
record damages, violations, and unusual situations — in writing, not "in your head"
on a hard day or in an emergency — jump in and physically help the team (especially in the beginning)
send a clear daily report on what was actually done
help us build a stable, reliable team for luxury clients

Important: your result is not how many units you cleaned yourself. Your result is that the whole team worked well, on time, and in an organized way.

Your goals (monthly KPIs)

We set KPIs in advance and adjust them to the season — the plan is real, not pulled out of thin air. A typical month looks like this:

100% of properties closed on time — not a single "lost" day without a solution
daily report sent the same day, without reminders
zero lost incidents: every damage and unusual situation is recorded
client complaints stay under the agreed level

You always know the goal for the month in advance and can see where you stand.

You're a fit if

you know how to organize other people — not just work hard yourself
when there's a problem, you come with a solution first, then make the call — not the other way around
you write things down and finish what you start
you stay calm under stress: no panic, no blaming people around you
you can be trusted with access to expensive private homes — no questions asked
your English is good enough to talk to concierges and security; Russian is the team's language (required)
you're legally authorized to work in the USA, have a car, and are ready to move between properties around Miami

You won't be alone — you'll work as a pair with our remote coordinator: you help each other, you don't pass the blame.

Pay & terms

$50,000–$55,000 per year — final number depends on experience and how you show up in the interview
5 days a week, flexible schedule — we adjust to the workload of the properties, not to a fixed 9-to-5
Miami (home base — Aventura), field work + office
