Job Description:
Are you a talented artist with a passion for creating perfect brows? Do you have the skills to turn your clients' brow dreams into reality? If so, we want you to join our team as a Microblading / Micro-shading Artist at Med Therapy & Spa Inc.
Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to understand their desired brow look and any specific concerns.
- Perform thorough brow assessments to determine the best technique (microblading, micro-shading, or a combination) for each client.
- Design and shape eyebrows to enhance the client's natural features and complement their facial structure.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and sterilization to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for both clients and staff.
- Perform microblading and micro-shading procedures with precision and attention to detail.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and techniques to continually improve your skills.
- Provide aftercare instructions and guidance to clients for optimal healing and long-lasting results.
- Build and maintain a loyal clientele through excellent customer service and outstanding results.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and supportive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Certified microblading/micro-shading artist with relevant training and certification.
- Strong artistic and design skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to consult with clients effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Dedication to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and safety.
- Passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to staying current with trends and techniques.
- State licensure or certification as required by local regulations.
