Full Job Description

My Cosmetic Surgery is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven SEM Specialist to join our team in person. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns, with a strong focus on META (Facebook & Instagram) advertising. This role is perfect for a digital marketing professional who excels in driving high-quality traffic, maximizing conversions, and achieving ROI through strategic ad placements.

This is an in-person position. Remote work is not available.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Develop and execute high-performing SEM campaigns, with a primary focus on META (Facebook & Instagram) Ads.
✅ Optimize ad spend and targeting strategies to maximize conversions and ROI.
✅ Create, manage, and test ad creatives, copy, and audience segments to enhance campaign performance.
✅ Monitor and analyze campaign data using tools like Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics to refine strategies.
✅ Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and audience segments to improve conversion rates.
✅ Stay updated on META advertising trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure optimal performance.
✅ Develop retargeting and lookalike audience strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.
✅ Collaborate with the creative and content teams to align ad messaging with brand goals and audience engagement.

Requirements:

✔ Proven experience in META (Facebook & Instagram) advertising, with a track record of managing successful campaigns.
✔ Strong expertise in audience targeting, bid strategy, and campaign performance optimization.
✔ Ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and generate detailed performance reports.
✔ Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other ad-tracking tools.
✔ Knowledge of landing page optimization and conversion rate best practices.
✔ Fully bilingual (English & Spanish).
✔ Must be available to work in person—this is not a remote position.
