The Wendy’s brand is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing daily operations, training staff, and ensuring top-notch customer experience.

Lead a multi-talented team

Identify and recruit 5-Star talent to create a stellar team
Provide coaching and development to enhance team performance
Create a fun and inviting work environment that values every team member
Ensure fresh food and excellent service to exceed customer expectations

What you bring to the table:

Prior experience in leading people, preferably in a foodservice environment
High school diploma or GED (additional education or military background is a plus)
Demonstrated ability to manage operations in a fast-paced setting
Knowledge of food safety procedures and standards
Flexible work availability

You’re willing and able to:

Travel to different locations as required
Handle physical tasks like standing for long periods and lifting weights
Work in various weather conditions
