Location: South Jersey
Employment Type: Seasonal (September – Early November)
Compensation: $15–$18/hour (based on role and experience)
Schedule: 10–30 hours per week (evenings and weekends required)

Key Responsibilities / Performance
- Portray assigned characters with energy, consistency, and creativity
- Use voice, movement, timing, and positioning to enhance guest experience
- Perform scripted elements and improvisation as needed
- Interact with guests in a safe, controlled, and respectful manner
Show Quality & Safety
- Maintain character throughout scheduled performance times
- Follow all safety guidelines and operational procedures
- Keep assigned areas clean, organized, and safe
Collaboration
- Work with fellow actors to coordinate scenes and group interactions
- Take direction and adjust performance based on feedback
- Remain flexible with roles, locations, and assignments
Professionalism
- Arrive on time and prepared for each shift
- Maintain a positive and respectful attitude
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and team-focused environment
Qualifications
- No prior acting experience required (training provided)
- Must meet minimum age requirement of 16 years or older
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and select holidays
- Reliable transportation to and from the attraction
- Comfortable wearing costumes, masks, and special effects makeup
- Able to perform in a themed, immersive environment with varying lighting and sound effects
- Willingness to perform in an active role involving movement and sustained energy
Physical & Work Environment
- Standing and moving for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
- Working in indoor and outdoor environments, including varying weather conditions
- Exposure to theatrical effects such as fog, low lighting, and sound effects
- Navigating themed environments that may include uneven surfaces or confined spaces
