Duties

Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professional phone etiquette
Handle multi-line phone systems, screening and transferring calls efficiently while providing excellent customer service
Perform data entry tasks using spreadsheets and productivity software to maintain accurate records and reports
Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking to support financial processes
Coordinate office management activities, including supply ordering, mail distribution, and maintaining office equipment
Assist with document preparation, proofreading, word processing, and filing to ensure organizational clarity
Support client communication and customer support efforts through timely responses and professional interaction
Maintain organizational systems that enhance productivity and streamline administrative workflows

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with strong computer literacy skills
Experience with data entry, spreadsheets, and document management tools to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software for financial record-keeping
