$45,000 Base + $55K–$60K+ First Year Potential

Elvin Taylor State Farm is a top-producing agency for six consecutive years and home to two of the highest Google-rated insurance agencies in the city. We are growing and looking for motivated individuals who want to build a career in sales with real income and advancement opportunities.

We provide the training, structure, and support—you bring the drive.

Responsibilities:

Work with customers to provide Auto, Home, Life, and Health insurance solutions
Make outbound calls, follow up with leads, and set appointments
Build and manage your own pipeline of prospects
Cross-sell and identify additional opportunities to help customers
Follow a proven sales process with hands-on coaching and support
Hit daily and weekly activity goals in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

Property and Casualty Licenses preferred (not required)
Sales experience required

Compensation & Benefits

$45,000 base salary
