Full Job Description

Are you organized, dependable, and detail-oriented? Do you enjoy processing mail, quality checking letters, and keeping an office running smoothly? If so, Benefit Allocation Systems, LLC ("BAS") would love to hear from you.

BAS is seeking a Part-Time Office Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our King of Prussia office. This is an in-person position working Monday through Friday, approximately 3 to 4 hours each morning (starting by 9:00 a.m.). A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of automobile insurance are required, as this position includes daily trips to the local post office (2.5 miles each day). Mileage for post office trips is reimbursed.

Key Responsibilities

Open, sort, scan, and distribute incoming mail.
Prepare, fold, stuff, and process outgoing mail.
Deliver and retrieve mail from the local post office.
Assist with printing, document production, and mailing equipment.
Perform quality control checks on documents and data processing.
Organize and maintain office files, supplies, and common areas.
Monitor and restock office and kitchen supplies.
Assist multiple departments with administrative and clerical projects.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous administrative, clerical, office support, or mailroom experience is preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Dependable, punctual, and professional.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of automobile insurance.
