Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized administrative assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate has knowledge of Investments, health insurance and group benefits. You will need to be proficient in computer skills. Processing new accounts, servicing customers investment and insurance accounts , using our CRM system as well as a variety of office tasks. This role will provide customer service and administrative support to our team members. If you are a proactive individual with excellent communication abilities, we encourage you to apply. 5 years office admin experience required. FBI background check and finger printing required. College degree.

Responsibilities

Manage and organize files, ensuring all documents are accurately maintained and easily accessible.
Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
Type correspondence, reports, and other necessary documentation efficiently.
Answer phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while assisting clients and colleagues.
Support administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings & managing calendars.
Maintain an organized office environment that promotes productivity.
Assist in various projects as assigned by management.

Requirements

Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail.
Ability to type quickly and accurately.
Familiarity with office procedures and practices.
Strong phone etiquette skills for effective communication with clients and team members.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
