Fall Internship – Immigration Law Internship

Ray Law International, P.C.
Novi, Michigan

Position Overview

Ray Law International, P.C. is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Fall Interns to join our Novi, Michigan office from September through December. This internship provides students and aspiring legal professionals with hands-on exposure to U.S. immigration law, client relations, and law firm operations in a fast-paced professional environment.

Interns will work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants on a variety of employment-based and family-based immigration matters and business operations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in law, international business, human resources, public policy, or global mobility.

Responsibilities

Assist with preparation and organization of immigration case files and supporting documentation
Learn how to draft correspondence, forms, cover letters, and case summaries
Assist with document collection and client communication
Organize electronic and physical files
Support attorneys and staff with administrative and operational projects
Observe client consultations, case strategy discussions, and legal processes when appropriate
Assist with special projects, presentations, and internal training materials

Preferred Qualifications

Current college student, graduate student, or recent graduate
Strong interest in immigration law, international affairs, human resources, or legal services
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems

Preferred Skills

Prior office, customer service, or legal experience is helpful but not required

Internship Details

Location: Ray Law International, P.C. – Novi, Michigan
Internship Term: September through December
Schedule: Flexible set schedule, based on candidate availability
