Experienced Specimen Collector (Urine Drug Testing)

CT Screenings & Solutions LLC

Location: Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW), Texas
Position Type: Part-Time | PRN | 1099 Independent Contractor

CT Screenings & Solutions LLC is seeking experienced urine drug specimen collectors to join our expanding team serving employers, government agencies, transportation companies, healthcare organizations, and workforce partners throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced collectors looking for flexible, field-based work with a growing occupational health company.

Position Summary

The Specimen Collector is responsible for conducting professional urine drug specimen collections in accordance with DOT and non-DOT regulations while maintaining specimen integrity, accurate documentation, and exceptional customer service.

Collectors will travel to client locations to perform mobile collections and ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and client-specific requirements.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of one (1) year of urine drug specimen collection experience required.
Experience performing DOT and/or non-DOT collections.
Thorough understanding of chain of custody procedures.
Experience completing Federal Custody and Control Forms (CCFs).
Knowledge of shy bladder procedures.
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the DFW metroplex.

Preferred Qualifications

DOT Urine Specimen Collector Training Certificate.
Breath Alcohol Technician (BAT) certification.
Experience using electronic collection systems such as ToxAccess, FormFox, eScreen, or similar platforms.
Mobile occupational health or onsite collection experience.
Phlebotomy certification or healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

Perform DOT and non-DOT urine drug specimen collections.
Maintain proper chain of custody and specimen integrity.
Accurately complete all required documentation.
Prepare specimens for laboratory shipment.
Provide onsite and mobile collection services.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Represent CT Screenings & Solutions LLC with integrity and exceptional customer service.
