DIRECTOR OF FINANCE

Location: Richardson, TX (Onsite)

Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent

Reports To: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

About TWG Corporate

TWG Corporate is the group level function that supports and connects every operating division across the portfolio, including Wellness Care, ScriptRx, and Scriptful. As the holding company scales through organic growth and acquisition, the Corporate finance function is stepping up its own capabilities to match, with a mandate to bring sharper visibility, faster consolidation, and smarter tools to how the group manages its money.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Director of Finance to lead financial planning, analysis, and consolidated reporting for TWG at the group level. You will sit at the center of the portfolio, partnering with division finance leaders across The Wellnes Company, Wellness Care, ScriptRx, and Scriptful while building the models, forecasts, and dashboards that inform decisions made in the boardroom. This role also owns a mandate few finance leaders get: modernizing how the function works by putting AI directly into the day to day tools of forecasting, reporting, and analysis.

This is a role for someone who wants to shape how a healthcare group runs its numbers, not just report them.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead group level financial planning and analysis, including consolidated budgeting, forecasting, and long range planning across all TWG divisions.

● Own the monthly and quarterly consolidated reporting package delivered to the CFO, executive team, and board.

● Partner directly with division finance leaders at Wellness Care, ScriptRx, and Scriptful to align local forecasts with group targets.

● Build and maintain sophisticated financial models to support M&A evaluation, capital allocation, and scenario planning.

● Drive adoption of AI powered tools and workflows across FP&A, using them to accelerate forecasting cycles, automate variance analysis, and surface insights faster than traditional methods allow.

● Standardize financial reporting definitions, chart of accounts mapping, and KPIs across a multi entity, multi division structure.

● Monitor group level cash flow, liquidity, and covenant compliance, escalating risks to the CFO proactively.

● Support external audit, lender reporting, and board level financial presentations.

● Identify and implement process improvements that increase the speed and accuracy of close, consolidation, and reporting cycles.

● Manage and develop a small team of financial analysts, setting a high bar for rigor and initiative.

● Serve as a thought partner to the CFO on strategic finance initiatives across the portfolio.

What You Bring

● CPA designation required.

● 7 or more years of progressive finance experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role with FP&A or corporate finance scope.

● Experience working across multiple business units, entities, or a portfolio company structure is strongly preferred.

● Demonstrated fluency in US GAAP and consolidated financial reporting.

● Strong, hands on skills using AI tools for finance applications, such as AI assisted forecasting, automated reporting, natural language query of financial data, or similar modern FP&A tooling, required.

● Advanced financial modeling ability and command of Excel; experience with ERP or consolidation platforms such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or similar.

● A track record of translating complex financial data into clear recommendations for non finance executives and board members.

● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work directly with division CFOs and controllers.

● A builder's mindset, comfortable creating structure and process where none exists yet.
