Job Summary
The Scheduling Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front office by providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This position requires a friendly and professional demeanor, as well as strong organizational skills to manage various tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will be proficient in providing quality customer service, patient care and possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Fluency in English and Spanish are required.

Duties

Greet and assist patients in a courteous manner at the front desk.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses.
Maintain organized office records and files, both physical and electronic.
Accepting payments, contract signing, discussing treatment plans
Perform proofreading tasks to ensure accuracy in all written communications.
Assist with administrative duties such as data entry, appointment scheduling, and clerical support.
Provide personal assistant services to management as needed.
Support office management tasks to ensure a well-functioning work environment.
Collaborate with team members to enhance overall office efficiency.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Proficient in using computerized systems for office management tasks.
Experience in front desk operations or similar roles is preferred.
Excellent proofreading abilities to maintain high standards of communication.
Bilingual proficiency is required, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
