Full Job Description

We are hiring for daytime shift right now ONLY. You must be 16+ and available to work between the hours of 7-4pm. This is a PART-TIME position. Saturday availability is a must. We are closed on Sundays.

We search for skilled, creative bakers who strive to provide high-quality baked goods and services in an efficient, professional manner. The Baker understands recipes, performs quality checks on ingredients and finished products, uses frostings, glazes, fillings, and other toppings to enhance item presentation, and process orders from customers.
As a baker, you will greet customers, answer questions, clean workstations and equipment, make sure the kitchen is stocked, and perform other duties as needed.
To be a successful baker, you should be efficient, friendly, focused on food quality and customer satisfaction, be decisive, attentive, and have a strong understanding of baking techniques.

Baker Responsibilities:

Read and understand recipes
Measure and combine ingredients while using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make cookies
Decoration and display of finished product
Test ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality standards
Greet customers, answer questions, give recommendations, accept orders and payments, and provide exceptional customer service
Keep records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels
Take client information and ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
Clean and restock workstation and ensure that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift
Must be 16 years or older to apply
Legally eligible to work in the United States
Must have basic math and computer skills
Previous food experience is preferred, but not required. A food handler's permit will be required before the start date
Time management skills
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Excellent communication skills

Business hours are Monday-Thursday 8:00am-10:00pm; Friday and Saturday 8:00am-12:00am. CLOSED SUNDAYS

We are hiring for ALL Shifts. We have early morning beginning at 5am M, Saturday and 6am T-F, daytime shifts, afternoon, evening and weekend. We are closed on Sundays.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Compensation: Pay begins at $9 per hour plus tips (additional $3-$5 per hour, on average)
