Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! Duties

Manage front desk responsibilities, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professionalism and warmth
Operate multi-line phone systems, handle incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette, and route messages accurately
Maintain organized filing systems, including digital files via Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications
Perform data entry tasks with precision using computer literacy skills
Support office management activities such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and coordinating meetings
Assist with clerical tasks like proofreading documents, preparing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies inventory
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and supporting client needs efficiently

Skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools for document creation and communication
Demonstrated office experience or clerical experience supporting administrative functions
Knowledge of phone etiquette, multi-line phone systems, and customer support best practices
Ability to perform data entry accurately while maintaining attention to detail; proficiency in proofreading documents
Familiarity with office management procedures such as filing systems, calendar management, and time management techniques
