In June of 2021, Nevada’s top specialty practices, Spine Nevada, Tahoe Fracture, and Vein Nevada, teamed up to provide the highest level of patient-centered specialty spine, orthopedic, and vein care. In October of 2022, the practice became Swift Institute and has grown to be one of Nevada’s largest and most respected orthopedic and spine neurosurgery practices. In partnership with HOPCo, Swift Institute includes over 70 specialists and 21 locations across Nevada. The Swift Institute includes orthopedic, spine, neurosurgery, imaging, and vein specialists. We serve residents of Nevada and beyond with innovative and patient-focused healthcare.

We specialize in spine care, bone health, hand and upper extremity care, foot & ankle care, hip & knee care, sports medicine, and interventional pain management. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Greets and assists the patient before, during, and following procedures. Prepares exam rooms for procedures.
Exhibits a passion for serving the needs of others. Explains examination procedures in a calm and reassuring way in order to provide a positive experience for the patient.
Provide clerical support to the department such as scheduling, faxing reports, answering phones.
Possess and maintain computer skills to include working knowledge of Word, Outlook, and ability to learn other software as needed.
Enters and retrieves accurate information into EMR.
Assists with maintaining adequate supplies for efficient operations.
Team oriented
Must possess excellent customer service skills
Observe all MR safety policies.

QUALIFICATIONS

1 year experience in a medical office or radiology setting preferred.
Experience with direct patient interaction preferred.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
Ability to learn and retain technical instructions.
Medical Assistant or Physical Therapy aide encouraged.
CPR certification successfully obtained within ninety (90) days of employment.
Medical terminology/radiology preferred.
Must be detail oriented and able to prioritize tasks.
Lift 40lbs
Work cohesively in a fast-paced environment.
Follow directions, self-starter.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
