Position Summary
The Executive Assistant serves as the trusted right hand to the Managing Attorney, providing administrative, organizational, and logistical support in both professional and limited personal matters.
This role requires exceptional discretion, sound judgment, outstanding organizational skills, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. The right person won't simply keep up with the Managing Attorney’s calendar—they'll help protect her time, anticipate priorities, and create space for her to focus on serving clients, leading the team, and growing the firm.
No two days will look exactly the same. One day may involve coordinating travel, organizing files, or working on the office budget. The next may include scheduling referral partner meetings, managing an inbox, or ensuring important deadlines don't fall through the cracks.
This is a high-trust position that requires professionalism, initiative, and the ability to handle confidential information with care.
Qualifications
We're less concerned with degrees and more interested in finding the right person.
This is not an entry-level position. While a college degree is not required, we are seeking someone with demonstrated professional experience managing administrative responsibilities, coordinating multiple priorities, and exercising sound judgment in a confidential environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- The ability to anticipate needs rather than simply respond to requests
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Comfort learning new technology
- Self-motivation and initiative
- The ability to manage multiple competing priorities without becoming overwhelmed
- A positive, service-oriented attitude
Experience as an executive assistant, office manager, project coordinator, operations coordinator, or in a similar professional administrative role is strongly preferred.
Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.

This position is designed for someone seeking a professional, long-term role—not a temporary, seasonal, or transitional job. Because you'll become a trusted partner in both business and personal matters, we're looking for someone who is excited to grow with us over time.
