Full Job Description

Shift Details: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Compensation: $26.00 to $30.00 per hour.

About the Position: We are looking for a skilled professional to step into a lead role operating and managing Swiss CNC machinery. The perfect applicant will possess a background in machine shop environments, including proficiency in programming and setup, alongside strong organizational, computer, and communication abilities.

Primary Duties

Execute machine programming and setup tasks.
Apply advanced GD&T knowledge to production.
Utilize high-level computer proficiency in daily tasks.
Operate CMM and Vision Systems for quality assurance.
Drive process improvements to enhance overall efficiency.
Mentor and train team members to build collective skill sets.
Direct floor operations to ensure smooth manufacturing output.
Oversee raw material stock and maintain equipment functionality.
Perform thorough inspections to help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team.
Cultivate a high-performance culture that prioritizes safety and positivity.

Leadership & Team Management

Demonstrated capacity to manage personnel, assign duties, and boost productivity.

Problem-Solving

Adept at rapidly addressing equipment malfunctions, production bottlenecks, and personnel issues.

Communication Skills

Excellent interpersonal capabilities for effective collaboration with executive leadership.

Technical Proficiency

Deep understanding of manufacturing workflows and CNC Swiss machinery.
Practical experience utilizing production ERP software.
