Greenville Growth is a professional fundraising and community outreach firm dedicated to helping nonprofit organizations expand their impact through meaningful connections, public engagement, and fundraising campaigns. We are currently seeking a Non-Profit Event Assistant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a long-term career in sales, business development, fundraising, marketing, or management. No prior experience is required—we provide hands-on training, mentorship, and advancement opportunities for motivated individuals.

What You'll Do

Represent nonprofit partners at community events, retail promotions, outreach campaigns, and fundraising activations
Engage directly with community members to share information about important causes and programs
Build positive relationships with supporters, donors, and community stakeholders
Educate the public about nonprofit initiatives and encourage financial support through fundraising campaigns
Assist with event setup, campaign execution, and promotional activities
Track outreach results and help achieve campaign goals
Collaborate with team members to improve communication, leadership, and fundraising performance
Participate in ongoing training focused on sales, public speaking, leadership, and professional development

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
