ACA manages an approximately $7.5 billion portfolio and relies on significant, diversified and cost-efficient sources of capital to support its operations and continued growth. The Finance organization supports the business through funding operations, capital markets activities, liquidity planning, financial analysis, and reporting.
The Treasury & Finance Analyst is an early-career, cross-functional development role providing hands-on experience across Finance Operations, Capital Markets, and Financial Planning & Analysis. The role supports daily cash needs analysis, funding operations, financial and capital markets reporting, and other analytical processes while building a broad understanding of how ACA funds its operations, accesses the capital markets, analyzes financial performance, and improves financial processes through data and technology. This experience is intended to develop skills applicable to future analytical and specialized opportunities throughout the Finance organization.
Essential Functions

Prepare and maintain the Company’s daily cash needs analysis by compiling actual and expected cash inflows and scheduled obligations to determine projected daily cash requirements for the next business day.

Support daily funding and borrowing activities, including related analysis, reporting, collateral processes, lender requirements, and other Finance Operations responsibilities based on business needs and team capacity.

Support recurring Capital Markets analytical and reporting activities, including funding and cost-of-funds reporting, market and competitor data, bond and securitization information, investor and rating agency information, and financing-related databases and materials.

Prepare and update assigned financial analyses, schedules, graphs, and reporting components used in the Company’s monthly board materials and other management reporting.

Maintain and validate financial, market, transaction, and operational data used across Treasury and Finance reporting processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery.

Coordinate recurring Finance deliverables, documentation, timelines, and information requests with internal business partners and external financing partners as appropriate.

Develop an understanding of upstream and downstream processes and identify opportunities to automate, standardize, and improve recurring Finance processes and reporting using data, analytics, and artificial intelligence tools. Coordinate with business users and IT as appropriate for testing, validation, and production deployment.

Prepare ad hoc analyses, presentations, and reporting as requested by management in an accurate and timely manner.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, statistics, data analytics, or another related analytical field.

0–2 years of relevant experience in finance, treasury, banking, accounting, data analytics, or another related analytical field.

Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail and a basic understanding of corporate finance and financial statement fundamentals.

Working proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with formulas, large datasets, and basic financial or analytical models.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and professionally.

Highly organized and able to manage multiple recurring and ad hoc priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Self-motivated, intellectually curious, and eager to learn financial concepts, business processes, data technologies, and analytical tools.

Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Interest in using automation, data analytics, and emerging technologies to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
Preferred Qualifications

Internship, academic project, or prior experience in finance, treasury, banking, capital markets, FP&A, accounting, data analytics, or another analytical field.

Exposure to Snowflake, Sigma, SQL, Power BI, Python, artificial intelligence tools, or other data, reporting, automation, or analytical technologies.

Exposure to financial modeling, cash flow analysis, financial markets, fixed income, securitization, or corporate funding concepts.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
This position operates in a professional office environment and requires regular use of computers, communication tools, and other standard business technology.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position with a work schedule of Monday through Friday with some schedule variations as needed. Hours may vary or exceed 40 in any given week depending on the needs of the business.
Travel
Limited (<10%) travel may be needed in this role.
