You'll Be Responsible For:

Providing strategic direction and leadership to ensure the continued growth and success of the company.
Overseeing all aspects of the business, including operations, sales, marketing, finance, and human resources.
Setting ambitious yet achievable goals and developing strategies to achieve them.
Cultivating a positive, collaborative, and safety-focused work environment that fosters excellence and attracts top talent.
Building strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Identifying new market opportunities and developing strategies to capitalize on them.
Managing the company's budget and financial performance.

To Be Successful, You'll Have:

Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in general management in home services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
A proven track record of success in driving business growth and profitability.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
The ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred, but not required, knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in trade related fields.
A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
