Job Title: Life Insurance Broker

Role Summary J&J is expanding our field team. We are looking for dedicated individuals to help families navigate their life insurance options. In this role, you will meet with pre-qualified leads—clients who have already expressed interest in coverage—to help them secure a policy that aligns with their financial goals.

Core Responsibilities

Client Consultation: Meet with families in person to analyze their current financial protection needs.
Product Expertise: Explain various insurance products clearly, ensuring clients understand their benefits and costs.
Case Management: Assist with the end-to-end application process, from initial data collection to policy delivery.
Professionalism: Maintain high standards of documentation and proactive communication with both clients and carriers.
Time Management: Independently manage a weekly schedule of appointments and follow-ups.

Candidate Requirements

Professional Licensing: Active Life Insurance License or ability to obtain one.
Reliability: Possession of a dependable vehicle for travel to clients home.
Interpersonal Excellence: Proven ability to build rapport and handle sensitive financial conversations with empathy and integrity.
Self-Starter: The ability to stay organized and productive without constant direct supervision.
