Full Job Description

Top Turf is the Southeast's leading independently owned lawn care and pest control company. For over 20 years, we've built our reputation by delivering exceptional lawn care and outstanding customer service. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who enjoy working outdoors and want to grow with our team.

This position is ideal for candidates with experience operating landscaping or lawn maintenance equipment, including zero-turn mowers, aeration machines, or similar commercial landscaping equipment.

Pay: $600.00–$700.00 per week, based on experience.

Responsibilities

Apply lawn care treatments using proper techniques.
Operate lawn care equipment, including aeration machines and other landscaping equipment.
Assist with aeration and seeding services.
Diagnose and address customer lawn concerns.
Explain Top Turf services to current and prospective customers.
Meet weekly production goals.
Drive company trucks to customer locations.
Clean, maintain, and properly store trucks and equipment daily.

Qualifications

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years.
Must be able to drive company trucks.
Experience operating commercial lawn care or landscaping equipment is strongly preferred.
Experience operating zero-turn mowers is preferred.
Experience operating machinery and equipment used to maintain lawns, greens, or landscaping is highly preferred.
Ability to operate or quickly learn to operate aeration machines.
Previous lawn maintenance or landscaping experience preferred.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Customer-focused and dependable.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Ability to walk long distances.
