Full Job Description

As our Office Manager, you’ll be the heart of our clinic. Your daily tasks will include answering phone calls, rescheduling patients, crafting engaging social media posts, following up with current and past patients, developing relationships with community affiliates, and organizing data from sales and patient visits. You’ll be at the forefront of our interactions with clients and the community, making sure everyone feels the warmth and positivity that defines our clinic.

Other duties include:
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure customer success and satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients and community partners
- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with team to address customer needs and concerns
- Provide guidance and support to customers throughout their journey with our team
- Develop and maintain customer success metrics and KPIs

Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer success or administrative role
- Proven track record of driving customer success and retention
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Google Drive, Go High Level, Jane app is preferred but not required
- Demonstrated ability to analyze trends and identify business development opportunities
