Full Job Description

Carolina Plastic Surgery & Medical Spa is seeking an exceptional Front Office, Marketing & Culture Coordinator to join our team.

This is not a traditional receptionist position.

We are looking for someone who can create an outstanding first impression for our patients while also helping coordinate our marketing, employee culture, special events, and administrative support for our physician-owner.

It’s an ideal position for someone who is equal parts people person, organizer, problem solver, and creative thinker.

What You’ll Do

Your role will include four primary areas:

Front Office

Welcome and assist patients with warmth and professionalism. Answer phones and assist with scheduling. Support patient check-in and check-out. Help maintain an organized, polished front office. Cross-train to provide support for cosmetic patient coordination.

Marketing

Help coordinate day-to-day marketing between providers and our external marketing team. Assist with social media and content coordination. Coordinate before-and-after photos and patient testimonials. Help maintain our marketing calendar. Coordinate website updates, email campaigns, promotions, and special events. Assist with community outreach and online reviews.

Culture

Coordinate employee birthdays and work anniversaries. Help plan Nurses Week, CST Week, Medical Assistants Week, and other recognition events. Coordinate employee appreciation activities, holiday celebrations, team lunches, and special events. Help us continue building a workplace where people feel appreciated and connected.

Executive & Personal Administrative Support

Help our physician-owner stay organized and ahead of deadlines. Coordinate reminders, meetings, events, and follow-up items. Assist with professional travel, conferences, community commitments, and special projects. Help organize correspondence, gifts, documents, and other administrative needs. Provide limited personal administrative assistance as needed. Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

Who We’re Looking For

We’d love to meet someone who is:

Proactive and able to anticipate what needs to happen next. Comfortable managing several different projects at once. Professional and discreet. Tech-savvy and willing to learn. Excited to contribute ideas rather than simply wait for instructions. Interested in being part of a growing practice for the long term.

Experience in healthcare, plastic surgery, aesthetics, hospitality, marketing, social media, event planning, or executive assistance is a plus.

Experience with Canva, Social Media, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools is also helpful.

Compensation & Benefits

$20–$25 per hour, based on experience and the ability to take on expanded responsibilities.

This is a full-time position with eligibility for the practice’s applicable benefits, including paid time off, retirement benefits, professional development, and opportunities for future growth.
