TELECO is growing, and we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of delivering dependable communication solutions.

Job Summary

The Technical Support Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating technical support activities, managing project-related tasks, and ensuring timely communication between customers, technicians, vendors, and internal teams. This role supports project execution by scheduling resources, tracking progress, maintaining documentation, system training, and assisting with troubleshooting and service delivery. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically proficient, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of communication between customers, technical teams, and vendors, including gathering required customer information.
Coordinate infrastructure and installation projects from initiation through completion.
Lead and coordinate project hand-off meetings with the Sales Team and customers for infrastructure and installation projects.
Work closely with operations teams and field technicians to ensure proper execution of project scopes.
Schedule technicians, subcontractors, and project resources to support customer requirements and project deadlines.
Review project plans, equipment lists, and material requirements for accuracy and completeness.
Program, configure, and remote troubleshoot hardware and software systems, escalating complex technical issues when necessary.
Provide customer training on equipment operation, software platforms, and overall system functionality.
Create and maintain customer training materials, user guides, and basic technical documentation as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

2+ years of experience in technical support, project coordination, telecommunications, low-voltage systems, IT services, or related industries.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with a natural ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear instructions.
Experience configuring and troubleshooting telecom platforms, IP endpoints, or video surveillance hardware.
Proficiency with project management and ticketing systems.
Experience coordinating field technicians and service schedules is preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule & Benefits

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience.

Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record may be required depending on job responsibilities.
