What You'll Do

As a Registered Nurse at Siskiyou, you'll play a vital role in coordinating patient care and serving as a trusted resource for patients and providers.

Provide skilled nursing care, patient triage, and follow-up care.
Administer medications, vaccines, injections, and other treatments within your scope of practice.
Educate patients on health conditions, medications, and preventive care.
Collaborate closely with providers to coordinate care plans and respond to critical lab results.
Triage patient phone calls and walk-in concerns.
Support chronic disease management, including Coumadin/INR monitoring.
Perform clinical procedures including EKGs, blood pressure checks, and other nursing interventions.
Respond to medical emergencies and help maintain emergency preparedness equipment.
Serve as an advocate for patients while delivering exceptional, compassionate care.

We're Looking for Someone Who

Holds a current, unencumbered Oregon Registered Nurse license.
Has at least two years of RN experience (community health experience is a plus).
Is passionate about patient education and whole-person care.
Thrives in a collaborative, team-based healthcare environment.
Demonstrates excellent clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills.
Is committed to providing exceptional service with compassion, professionalism, and respect.

Required Certifications

Current BLS certification (or ability to obtain)
ACLS certification within six months of hire
