Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead our dynamic hospitality team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain a vibrant, efficient environment. Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold food safety standards, and foster a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage all aspects of restaurant management while inspiring staff and delivering memorable dining experiences.

Duties

Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service flow, and cleanliness standards
Lead staff training and development to ensure high-quality customer service and adherence to food safety protocols
Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining optimal stock levels for smooth operations
Oversee POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
Coordinate shift management, including scheduling staff, supervising team performance, and resolving operational issues promptly
Monitor food production and kitchen activities to ensure quality standards are met consistently
Conduct staff interviews, performance reviews, and provide ongoing coaching to foster a motivated team environment

Skills

Extensive experience in food service management, including quick service & fast food restaurant experience and fine dining environments
Strong knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS; proficient in cash handling and basic math skills
Proven leadership in supervising hospitality teams with excellent managerial communication skills
Deep understanding of food safety management, food handling procedures, and health regulations
Ability to manage inventory control, budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and food cost optimization
Skilled in team training, staff development, and managing hospitality teams across various service settings such as casual dining or catering environments
Exceptional customer service orientation with the ability to handle diverse guest needs effectively
