Full Job Description

This is a sales position, you will receive an hourly pay, commission and tips. usually $25 to $40 an hour total.

We are seeking a talented sales consultant to make our customers look and feel beautiful in our bridal gown selections. As a bridal associate, you will consult with customers on their preferences, suggest bridal gown styles that complement their body shapes, and enhance the style of the gowns with accessories.

This position is for both stores Mariannes Bridal Outlet and next door at The Curvaceous Bride. Applicants must understand how to be body positive and encouraging. The other key component of this role is to be flexible with schedule. We are open by appointment Tuesday thru Sunday, which is typically steady on Saturday and Sunday, but can be unpredictable during the week.

We are not a hard-driving sales force. It's more important to give the brides a fun, supportive, encouraging gown-shopping experience. If we do a good job at that, the sales will follow.

To be successful with us, you should demonstrate experience in bridal styling and fashionable flair in your recommendations. Outstanding Bridal Consultants provide individualized and dedicated services to every customer and style them to perfection. YOU MUST ENJOY WORKING WITH WOMEN
Bridal Consultant Responsibilities:

Consulting with customers and determining bridal gown preferences and expectations.
Informing customers about bridal gown styles, colors, and cuts to select from.
Keeping track of bridal gown stock and their exact locations in the store.
Recommending bridal gown styles and cuts that complement body shapes.
Advising on bridal gown fabrics, along with their advantages and disadvantages.
Accessorizing bridal gowns with decorative veils and headpieces.
Assisting customers with gown fittings

Bridal Stylist Requirements: High School Diploma or GED.

2 years of customer service experience, fashion experience would be cool too, not necessary.
Previous experience in a sales environment would be advantageous.
Exceptional ability in creating fashionable and stylish bridal ensembles.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Portuguese-speaking would be a bonus.

I am looking for Somebody that is positive, outgoing, and enjoys working with women. willingness to help out when needed is a bonus.

Paid Training:

Work Remotely

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 – 20.0 per week
