In this role, you will be based at our Spencer IA location and will serve as our Office Administrative Assistant for Hy-Line North America, LLC. Your focus will be to provide administrative support to Hy-Line North America, LLC’s Hatchery Manager and Location Manager. This important work involves a variety of areas from office organization, new hire orientation, payroll, accounts payable, data entry and ordering of office supplies. In this critical role, you will work with diverse and multi-national Hy-Line team members focused on Hy-Line’s vision and values.

We are looking for a dynamic, motivated and bilingual admin to join our team. We prefer candidates with an associate’s degree in business administration, or related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in providing administrative support with demonstrated success. An Accounting or Human Resources background is also helpful but not required. Ability to speak both English and Spanish is preferred. Candidates must be detailed and accurate. Must have knowledge in computer programs such as Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word. Candidates must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong organizational and computer skills, and the ability to work with people at all levels within the organization.
