Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Regional Account Manager & Salesman specializing in Landscape Maintenance to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will drive business growth by developing and managing key accounts across your designated region. Your passion for sales, combined with your expertise in landscape services, will empower you to build lasting relationships with clients, identify new opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to lead regional sales initiatives while contributing to the overall success of our landscape maintenance division.

Responsibilities

Cultivate and expand a robust portfolio of B2B client accounts within the landscape maintenance sector through proactive outreach and relationship management.
Conduct warm calling campaigns to generate new leads, follow up on inquiries, and nurture ongoing client engagement.
Negotiate contracts and service agreements that align with client needs while ensuring profitability and compliance with company standards.
Develop strategic business plans to identify growth opportunities, target markets, and competitive advantages within your region.
Collaborate closely with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns that increase brand awareness and attract new clients.
Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage client information, and analyze sales performance metrics for continuous improvement.
Lead technical sales presentations, demonstrating the value of our landscape maintenance solutions and leveraging industry knowledge to address client challenges effectively.

Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management within the landscape maintenance or related industries.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals successfully.
Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences and building rapport quickly.
Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions.
Familiarity with marketing principles and technology sales strategies to enhance outreach efforts.
Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for sales tracking and analysis.
Leadership qualities that inspire confidence in clients and motivate team collaboration.
