Job Overview

Havencrest Wellness & Counseling is seeking an experienced Board Certified Licensed Counselors to serve as a Clinical Supervisor for associate-level clinicians. This leadership role is ideal for a passionate clinician who enjoys mentoring, promoting clinical excellence, ensuring the delivery of evidence-based treatments across diverse populations. and supporting the growth of future mental health professionals.

The Clinical Supervisor will play a vital role in fostering a collaborative environment that promotes client-centered care, clinical excellence, and continuous quality improvement. If you are passionate about making a difference in individuals' lives and possess strong leadership skills, this position is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities

Provide individual and group clinical supervision and mentorship to associate-level clinicians and support staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.
Offer case consultation, clinical guidance, and professional mentorship.
Review clinical documentation to ensure quality, compliance, and best practices.
Support clinicians in meeting Washington State licensure requirements.
Promote ethical, evidence-based, and trauma-informed care.
Collaborate with agency leadership to maintain high standards of clinical practice.
Oversee the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans utilizing modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, behavioral therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA).
Conduct comprehensive intake assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and ongoing patient assessments to inform treatment strategies.
Ensure compliance with all applicable coding standards such as CPT, ICD-10/ICD-9 for accurate billing and recordkeeping.
Participate in clinical research initiatives and data collection efforts aimed at improving service delivery and client outcomes.

Qualifications

Must hold an active Washington State license (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, Licensed Psychologists). License must be unrestricted and in good standing.
Meets Washington State requirements to supervise associate-level clinicians.
Master's or Doctoral Degree in a related behavioral health field.
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience providing telehealth services is preferred.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
Experience supervising interns and associates is a plus
Experience with electronic health records (EHR)
Excellent clinical judgment, Leadership, Organization, Documentation review, and Decision making
