You didn't go to chiropractic school to be average. Neither did we.

Clear Chiropractic in Spokane, Washington is a Blair Upper Cervical clinic. Not a diversified-everything, adjust-and-release operation. A precision practice. CBCT 3D imaging. Paraspinal Infrared Thermography. A philosophy built on "holding is healing" and "less is more."

We have one opening. We are not filling a slot. We are building a team.

What this is

A structured mentorship. A real compensation model — base salary plus percentage bonus, $54K–$100K year one depending on how hungry you are. A 90-day onboarding program with actual systems: scripts, technique, chiropractic algebra, case management, 1-on-1 coaching. Paid CEUs. 401K. Health insurance.

And a doctor-owner who built this practice because she believes she can only reach so many people with her own two hands — and she's not willing to stop there.

What this isn't

It is not a place for someone who shows up late. It is not a place for someone who wants to coast. It is not a place for someone who relies on how patients feel instead of what the thermography and imaging actually show.

One more thing

Clear Chiropractic welcomes babies at work. Doctors and staff have brought their infants in during the motherhood transition — 8 to 12 months old — six times now. Washington state covers three months of paid maternity leave. The team covers the rest. Patients love it. Everyone pitches in, including diaper changes. This is not a benefit. It is the culture.

Dr. Bell is building a practice for women who want to run both a clinic and a home — and refuse to choose between them.
