We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Chat agents to join our dynamic team. As a Digital Customer Service Advocate, the primary duty is to respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner. In this role, representatives will play a key part in delivering outstanding service to customer needs, providing thoughtful solutions, and ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism and care. Your strong communication and problem-solving skills will help create positive, lasting impressions for our customers.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email/chat
Identify customer concerns, research solutions, and resolve issues effectively
Provide clear and accurate information regarding products, services, and policies
Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system
Identify customer concerns, research solutions, and resolve issues effectively
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure timely follow-up
Assist customers with order placement, refunds, and exchanges
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Skills

Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and productivity software
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting
Knowledge of office management systems
Customer service experience with a focus on chat communication and client support
Excellent written communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to follow directions and contribute ideas
High attention to detail and the ability to complete tasks thoroughly and accurately
Customer-first mindset with a willingness to go above and beyond
Positive attitude with the ability to remain calm, professional, and adaptable

Physical Requirement

Ability to remain seated or stationary for extended periods (up to 100% of the workday)
Clear near vision to view computer screens and read small text
Frequent use of hands and wrists for repetitive tasks such as data entry
Ability to hear and speak clearly to communicate effectively with customers

Bonus Experience:

Salesforce case management experience
Bilingual Spanish/English

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
