Full Job Description

At Hops N Drops, "A Neighborhood Gathering Place," we're a family-owned Pacific Northwest company that has grown to 16+ locations and over 1,000 team members since 2009 - and we want to be YOUR employer of choice. We're looking for a Line Cook who wants to grow with us, not just clock in.

What You'll Do:

- Prepare and cook our made-in-house menu, including our hand-formed 100% Angus burgers, to our recipe, presentation, and safety standards

- Handle prep: chopping, portioning, and setting up your station for a smooth, fast-paced service

- Keep your workstation clean and up to food safety and sanitation standards

- Work as a team to keep tickets moving during our busiest rushes

- Help monitor inventory and flag restocking needs

What We're Looking For:

- A great attitude and a genuine interest in growing in the restaurant business - we'll train the rest

- Some kitchen experience preferred, with solid knife skills and food-prep fundamentals

- Knowledge of food safety and proper handling

- The ability to stay sharp and detail-focused in a lively, high-energy kitchen

- Strong teamwork and communication with both back- and front-of-house

- Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Must be 18+
