About the Role:We are looking for an energetic, multi-talented Barista & Smoke Shop Associate to join our team! In this hybrid role, providing excellent customer service while making handcrafted coffee drinks, filling online DoorDash orders, and assisting customers with our selection of glass pipes, bongs, and smoking accessories—all within a fast-paced dispensary environment.If you thrive in a unique, high-vibe customer service setting and love multitasking, this is the job for you!
Coffee Shop & Delivery: Craft quality espresso beverages and coffee menu items efficiently. Manage incoming DoorDash orders, ensuring drinks and food are prepared, accurately packaged, and ready for dashers quickly.
Merchandise Sales: Assist customers with glass pipes, bongs, papers, and smoking accessories. Answer product questions and make recommendations.
Customer Service: Deliver friendly, approachable service to walk-in patrons and dispensary guests.
Point of Sale (POS): Handle cash and card transactions accurately using our POS system. Store Maintenance:
Keep the barista station, glass display cases, and retail floor clean, stocked, and visually appealing. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Barista Experience: 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced coffee shop environment preferred (familiarity with DoorDash or online order management systems is a huge plus!).
Product Knowledge: Familiarity with smoke shop merchandise (glassware, accessories) is preferred, but an eagerness to learn is required.
Multitasking: Ability to handle coffee prep, delivery orders, and walk-in retail customers simultaneously without losing your cool.
Communication: Upbeat, friendly attitude with excellent customer service skills. Requirements: Must meet age requirements to work inside a cannabis dispensary setting (21+).
Pay: $17.13 per hour
