We are searching for a career-minded Human Resource Coordinator/Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team of professionals.
Our ideal candidate -
- Has construction office experience.
- Has five plus years of applicable experience and/or education with working knowledge of Federal, State, and local employment laws, including, but not limited to, FMLA, PFML, WA Cares Act, and unemployment compensation.

- Has intermediate experience working with Microsoft Office Suite & Adobe Pro.
- Experience working with Viewpoint Spectrum Software would be a big plus!
Duties & Responsibilities -
Human Resource Coordinator:
· Answer employee questions related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
· Coordinate new hire onboarding.
· Maintain accurate confidential employee files.
· Track licensing and required certifications, ensuring all documentation is up to date.
· Process weekly payroll for 50 plus employees (must have an excellent eye for detail).
· Prepare and submit Certified Payroll for WA State and Federal Prevailing Wage projects.
· Prepare payroll reports and process payroll related taxes/expenses.
Accounts Receivable Specialist:
· Send out weekly Service Department invoices by email or online via customer payment portals.
· Process cash receipts and prepare and submit deposits.
· Review accounts receivable weekly and take steps to collect past due accounts.
· Create Service Department job folders and maintain a physical and digital filing system, including scanning documents.
Additional Duties:
· Answer and route incoming calls.
· Greet visitors.
