Agency is hiring a Remote Outside Sales Agent to join our top-performing team

Requirements

Must have your Property and Casualty Insurance License
Must be available 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM PST
2+ years of sales experience required
Some college experience preferred, but not required
Insurance experience preferred but not required
Self-motivated, accountable, and driven to achieve high earning potential
Professional demeanor with a strong desire to grow and succeed in a supportive environment

Responsibilities

Meet with prospects over the phone to discuss their property and casualty insurance needs.
Advise clients on appropriate coverage options to help protect what matters most.
Present tailored insurance solutions and guide prospects through the decision-making process.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to support ongoing coverage needs.
Contribute to sales growth while developing a long-term career
