Full Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY

Provide follow-up and completion of all loan file documentation, follow, establish, and maintain insurance coverage on collateral. Provide customer service and support for other positions in the department.

Essential Functions Statement(s)

Provide exceptional customer service through various channels; in person, phone, email etc.
Administer loans from application through payoff.
Maintain, complete and ensure loan documents are accurate.
Verify insurance coverage on collateral on loans.
Provide support to and collaborate with other positions in the department.
Use computer system for tracking, information gathering, troubleshooting and collaborating.
Miscellaneous tasks as directed.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)

Experience: Six months to one-year related experience preferred.

Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Other: Fluent in Spanish preferred but not required.

Pay: $17.00 per hour
