The successful candidate will hold a masters or bachelors degree in a related field and will be a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst. A minimum of 3-4 years full time experience working with children with autism in Applied Behavior Analysis/discrete trial therapy programming is required. Job duties include program documentation, program implementation/direct service delivery, conducting training workshops, working closely with senior level clinical staff in the assessment and development of programming recommendations, together with support to senior clinical staff in supervising and training of program team therapists. Caseload may consist of multiple clients served at varied settings in addition to other duties as assigned. The ability to work closely with families and effectively collaborate on a multi-disciplinary team in the management of individual cases in essential.
