Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Accounting Administrator to support daily financial and administrative operations. This mid-level role is responsible for maintaining accurate accounting records, processing financial transactions, assisting with reporting activities, and supporting overall office administration. Payroll experience is considered a strong asset.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Support

· Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions

· Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and reconciliations

· Assist with monthly and year-end closing activities

· Reconcile bank statements, credit cards, and general ledger accounts

· Maintain filing systems and financial documentation

· Support budget tracking and expense monitoring

· Assist with audits and financial reporting requirements

Administrative Duties

· Provide administrative support to the finance department

· Maintain vendor records and coordinate invoice approvals

· Respond to internal and external financial inquiries

· Support office operations and assist with special projects as needed

· Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures

Payroll Support (Bonus Experience)

· Assist with payroll processing and employee record maintenance

· Support payroll reporting, deductions, and timesheet verification

· Coordinate with HR regarding employee updates and payroll changes

· Help ensure payroll compliance with applicable regulations

Qualifications

· Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred

· 3–5 years of accounting or office administration experience

· Working knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes

· Payroll experience is considered an asset

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

· Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

· Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Skills

· Experience with ERP systems & Microsoft 365 products

· Knowledge of payroll procedures and reporting

· Ability to handle confidential information professionally

· Strong multitasking and analytical skills
