Huynh & Huynh, PLLC is hiring a Junior Bilingual Litigation Paralegal. This is a hands-on position for someone who already understands the basics of Texas litigation and wants to grow quickly.
You’ll work directly with attorneys and receive transition training from our Senior Litigation Paralegal. This position is a strong fit for someone who enjoys solving problems, managing deadlines, and turning complicated case information into organized, actionable work.
What You’ll Do
- Calendar and track litigation deadlines, hearings, depositions, and mediations
- Prepare and e-file documents in Texas courts
- Assist with discovery, document review, and documents production
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, experts, and vendors
- Help prepare for depositions, mediations, and settlements
- Draft routine correspondence and litigation documents for attorney review
- Keep electronic matter files and time entries current
- Keep case notes, task lists, and time entries accurate and current
- Conduct factual and legal research as assigned
What We Need
- At least one year of Texas civil-litigation experience
- Paralegal certificate
- Fluent spoken and written Spanish and English
- Texas e-filing and discovery experience
- Microsoft Office and Outlook proficiency
- A reliable system for managing deadlines
- Practical experience using large language models (LLMs), including local AI tools such as Ollama
- Strong organization, grammar, judgment, and follow-through

- In office Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
