Customer Success and Fulfillment Specialist [Full-time]

Shipping, Inventory Accuracy & Customer Fulfillment

Interviewing process starts on 4/21.

Schedule:

7:30am-4pm
40 hours per week. Weekdays only, non-exempt

Role Purpose

The Customer Service and Fulfillment Specialist is a frontline representative of Slow Pour Supply, directly influencing the customer experience through accurate, timely, and high-quality order fulfillment. This role ensures products are picked, packed, labeled, and shipped correctly while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting ERP/WMS transaction integrity.

Working closely with the Customer Experience & Administrative Specialist, Warehouse & Inventory Specialist, and Senior Supply Chain Specialist, this role contributes to delivering an exceptional customer experience and supports the growth of our company and the specialty coffee community.

Key Responsibilities Shipping & Receiving Execution - Ensure accurate shipping and receiving procedures

● Execute daily inbound and outbound shipping and receiving under SOPs

● Package, seal, and label products carefully

● Verify shipments against manifests, invoices, and orders

● Maintain shipment records and prepare documentation

● Restock, receive, and count inventory

Inventory Accuracy - Maintain accurate inventory records across all platforms

● Support cycle counts, reconciliation, and variance investigations

● Escalate inventory discrepancies

● Process drop-ship orders and invoicing accurately

Customer Support & Order Assistance - Driving sales and service excellence

● Respond to shipping- and order-related customer inquiries

● Assist with order creation, adjustments, holds, cancellations, returns, and exchanges

● Provide timely solutions and maintain accurate customer and order records

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4 PM. Full-time with potential to increase hours based on skill set and business needs

Salary starting at 40K per year

This position requires experience in data entry and a high level of accuracy in maintaining records using various software tools.
