Full Job Description

Position: Reporting and Control Senior Analyst

Compensation: $100000 - $115000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Houston, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Reporting and Control Senior Analyst to join their team!

This is a strong opportunity for a detail-oriented finance professional who enjoys owning month-end reporting, strengthening controls, and supporting high-impact accounting operations. You’ll play a key role in financial close activities, audit support, tax coordination, and process improvement while helping keep reporting accurate, timely, and efficient.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Prepare monthly financial reporting and analysis.
Post journal entries and complete account reconciliations.
Track and report balance sheet KPIs.
Support external audit and internal control reviews.
Assist with tax, payroll, and insurance administration.
Monitor receivables and coordinate cross-functional communication.
Review intercompany invoices and internal allocations.
Support corporate governance documentation and compliance.
Identify process improvements through data and automation.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

5-7 years of finance or accounting experience.
Experience with financial reporting and analysis.
Background in reconciliations and journal entries.
Knowledge of budgeting, payroll, and compliance.
Experience supporting audits and statutory reporting.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

CPA or CFA certification preferred.
Experience with Oracle Cloud.
Experience with Tagetik.
Strong Excel modeling skills.
Experience with IFRS reporting.
Public reporting experience.
Familiarity with Google Workspace.
Background in consolidations reporting.
