Full Job Description

Tito’s Mexican Restaurant is seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative and Payroll Assistant to support our office and multiple restaurant locations. This position is responsible for processing weekly reports, reviewing invoices, assisting with biweekly payroll, organizing financial documents, and communicating with restaurant managers and vendors.

Responsibilities

Collect and organize weekly reports from restaurant locations.
Review receipts, invoices, vendor statements, cash deposits, voids, discounts, inventories, and meal deductions.
Process and approve invoices in Restaurant365.
Upload invoices, receipts, deposit slips, and supporting documents.
Review employee hours and timecards in MICROS Simphony.
Identify missed clock-outs, incorrect hours, missing breaks, and payroll discrepancies.
Review TipHaus reports and verify employee tips.
Enter regular hours, tipped hours, overtime, card tips, cash tips, and approved deductions.
Assist with biweekly payroll processing in ADP Run.
Review employee pay rates, job codes, W-4 forms, and payroll documentation.
Maintain accurate and confidential payroll and financial files.
Communicate with restaurant managers regarding missing or incorrect information.
Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Previous administrative, payroll, bookkeeping, accounts payable, or restaurant office experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, email, scanning, printing, and electronic filing.
Ability to meet weekly and biweekly deadlines.
Ability to handle confidential financial and employee information.
Experience with Restaurant365, ADP Run, MICROS Simphony, or TipHaus is preferred.
Bilingual English and Spanish skills are preferred.
Must be dependable, professional, and able to work independently.

Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour
