About Us:
PureSKIN & Wellness is a locally-owned, nurse practitioner-led cosmetic dermatology clinic in Franklin, TN. Our clinic focuses on providing exceptional, personalized care with a balance of professionalism and approachability. We specialize in a variety of cosmetic treatments including Botox, Dysport, Dermal Filler, Sculptra, PRF, Microneedling, Laser treatments, Chemical peels, and Advanced skincare using top-tier brands like Epicutis, Plated, Epionce, SkinBetter and EltaMD. Our goal is to help clients enhance their natural beauty and boost their confidence while maintaining a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere.

Job Overview
We are seeking a talented, detail-oriented Advanced Nurse Injector with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aesthetics, exceptional technical skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. As a key member of our team, you will provide aesthetic services such as neurotoxin injections, and other non-invasive treatments to help clients achieve their beauty goals.

Responsibilities

Injectable Treatments: Administer neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport) and Filler Injectables for facial rejuvenation, volume restoration, and wrinkle reduction.
Patient Consultations: Perform comprehensive aesthetic consultations to assess clients’ skin concerns, discuss treatment options, and develop personalized treatment plans.
Skincare Recommendations: Recommend appropriate skincare products and regimens from trusted brands to enhance results and maintain healthy skin.
Pre- and Post-Treatment Care: Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment protocols to ensure optimal results and minimize downtime.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to all safety and infection control protocols. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatments, consultations, and follow-ups.
Client Relationships: Build long-lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional care, understanding their aesthetic goals, and delivering consistent results.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team of nurse practitioners, aesthetic nurses, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care and support the clinic’s overall mission.

Qualifications:

What we're looking for
Active RN or APRN license in good standing, eligible for Tennessee licensure
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on injectable experience (Botox/Dysport/Daxxify and dermal filler/biostimulators)
Laser experience is preferred
Commitment to continuing education and patient safety
Current BLS/CPR certification
A genuine commitment to natural, conservative outcomes philosophy
