Full Job Description

Our firm is seeking a legal assistant to join our team to provide comprehensive administrative support for our estate planning matters. Our firm is dedicated to providing our clients with the best level of representation and an outstanding experience. Responsibilities:

Under the supervision of an estate planning attorney, the responsibilities include:

Assist in drafting estate planning documents
Prepare client correspondence
Maintain estate planning files
Coordinate document review processes
Collect client information and documentation
Track document completion
Coordinate with signing coordinator
Manage client communications
Maintain workflow and task lists

Qualifications and Skills:

The ideal candidate will be motivated to learn and grow professionally and to provide the highest caliber service to our clients, with the following skills:

Strong communication skills
Empathy and caring for clients
Professional demeanor and attention to detail
Organization and record keeping
Time management and ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
