What You’ll Do

As a Sales Agent, you will help individuals understand their insurance options and confidently choose coverage that fits their needs.

You will:

Educate clients on Medicare products, including Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans
Work with Under 65 clients and help them understand their available health insurance options
Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective and existing clients
Ask the right questions to understand each client's unique needs
Recommend appropriate coverage based on the client's situation
Guide clients through the enrollment process while following all applicable CMS and compliance requirements
Follow up consistently with leads and clients
Maintain accurate client information and activity within our CRM
Stay current on carrier products, regulations, and industry changes
Work closely with teammates, leadership, and support departments
Participate in team meetings, training, coaching, and development
Consistently work toward individual and team production goals
Take ownership of your results and continually look for ways to improve

Required

Active Health Insurance License (215 or 240)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer skills

Preferred

Medicare sales experience
Under 65 health insurance sales experience
Previous insurance sales experience
Experience working with CRM systems
Experience in a high-volume call environment

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly: $17.50–$20.00/hour (will go to $20 an hour after 90 days or meeting production goal)
